In an effort to keep up with modern culture, many assume the role of everything to everyone yet long to to slow down and bring a sense of balance to their lives.
It is possible to live with more ease, inner calm, clarity and balance. The first step is creating the space to slow down and reconnect with the innate wisdom that lives within you.
Join Liz for an afternoon exploring new ways of being amid our fast paced and often disconnected culture.
In this 2 1/2 hr interactive workshop, you will experience a number of self-discovery and self-care practices designed to support a life that nourishes you from the inside out. From a spot meditation to quieten the mind, self-reflection exercises, intuitive journaling, shadow yoga, a guided meditation to connect with your inner wisdom and more, you will leave feeling more peaceful, connected and inspired by the everyday practices you can use to support your well-being.

Liz draws on her experience as a mother, women’s coach, meditation and circle facilitator to share what slowing down looks like in today’s modern culture.
Having walked the path of her clients, Liz brings an empathy and understanding of the shifts required to facilitate the process of slowing down, reconnecting and taking better care. In this workshop Liz will share her knowledge, personal story, tools and practices to support you to move through life at a sustainable pace, whilst honouring responsibilities, growing meaningful relationships and taking better care of yourself.

WHAT TO BRING:
Please bring along a journal/notebook, pen and water bottle. You will be sitting/laying on the floor, please wear comfortable clothes (bolsters and blankets will be available for your comfort).
