Start the year off right! Join me for an extended version of our Relaxation Meditation class on January 18th. A prelude to our regular Thursday night relaxation class, come and enjoy this one off class in which I will share my three favourite anti-anxiety, inner calm breathing techniques. Class will conclude with a 45 minute guided relaxation accompanied with sound bowls and chimes to support you toward deep inner stillness.
This 75 minute class is perfect for anyone whom struggles to get still or cultivate a regular practice. If you often feel overwhelmed or anxious, experience excessive stress or find it hard to shut off the busy mind chatter, come along and experience the deep rest that is possible when you are guided to relax your body and quieten your mind. Plus I’ll share three easy and effective breathwork techniques for instant calm.

Meet your Guide
I draw upon my training as a certified meditation facilitator and devotion to my personal practice, to create a welcoming space for those whom wish to cultivate practices that support well-being. Through relaxation meditation, class participants are guided to calm their body and quieten their mind. With an emphasis on an individuals innate ability to get still and minimal focus on specific technique, participants regularly communicate an increased ability to remain calm in their day to day lives.
